Gender Equality in Sciences

As International Women's Day celebrations at UChicago begin, the Chronicle of Higher Education published an article discussing the results of a 10-year long research at the University of California at Berkeley into "why so many women begin the climb but do not make it to the top as tenured professors, deans, or presidents."
